About Mindgraph AI

Mindgraph AI is a founder-led, AI-native product studio and engineering lab, operated by Selective AI Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. We help legacy enterprises become AI-native — not as vendors, but like an in-house tech team.

What we do

We design and build software, ship AI features into existing products, and stand up AI infrastructure for enterprises — spanning strategy, product design, full-stack engineering, and applied AI research.

Custom copilots, retrieval-augmented systems, agentic workflows, document and voice automation, and fine-tuned domain models.
RPA and enterprise integration: ERP-connected quotation, purchase-order and document workflows.
Short strategy engagements that map where AI creates real leverage, size the effort honestly, and end in a prioritised roadmap.
Ongoing support after launch: monitoring, iteration, and roadmap work, billed monthly.

How we work

We work as a small, senior team that ships code ourselves rather than a rotating bench of consultants. Every engagement is staffed by the people who actually build the product, so clients get direct access to the engineers and see working software every week. Most engagements start with a scoped discovery sprint or a working pilot before any long-term commitment. A focused MVP typically ships in 6–10 weeks.

Full-stack automation engineer and security researcher with 10 years building enterprise SaaS, AI pipelines, and backend infrastructure for $10M–$1B+ businesses. Architected ERP and CRM systems for a 125-acre sports city in Dhaka, cut a UK law firm's transcription costs from $165K to $6K a year, built a high-availability KYC OCR pipeline for a $7B gold lender, and reduced SAP document processing from 20 minutes to under 1. Formerly an independent security researcher — authored the first public exploit for CVE-2021-3560. Leads architecture, delivery, and client strategy at Mindgraph AI.

Anirban Paul — Co-Founder

Machine learning engineer building cognitive AI products — LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases — at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure since 2022.
